Age & Level Guidelines:
Our Visual Arts Camp is appropriate for students ages 8 to 12 with the ability to follow basic art instruction (some experience in an art setting is helpful). Students who are also enrolled in our Junior Dance Intensive from 10am-2pm will receive a $50 discount off of the Visual Arts Camp tuition.
About & Schedule:
Led by art instructors, each day will include instruction and application towards a new piece of art. We will be working with a variety of art materials inspired by art history, contemporary art, and the Masters. Instruction and mediums explored may include drawing, painting, mixed media collage, and more! *Please bring “messy clothes” and “messy shoes” to change into.
Program Tuition: $250 per Session or $50 Day Rate Add-On.
(Students enrolled in Junior Dance Intensive that occurs from 10am-2pm receive a $50 discount towards Visual Arts Camp tuition.)
Discounts
Sibling Discount - 5% off. Siblings must be enrolled in the same session.
Multi Session Discount - 10% off. Enroll in BOTH Visual Arts Camp sessions and receive 10% the second session.
Sibling & Multi Session Discounts can be combined.
DEPOSIT AND DUE DATES
Upon Enrollment | A $75 deposit is due upon registration to secure dancer’s place in the program. This deposit goes towards tuition balance.
Due June 1 | Remaining balance will be automatically processed on June 1, 2025
For students registering on or after June 1, tuition in full is due upon enrollment.
Registration opens February 1 and will remain open as long as spaces in program remain.
TUITION POLICY
Enrollments received prior to June 1st will have paid a $75 non-refundable deposit. You may notify Bay Area Ballet Conservatory by May 31 if your dancer is no longer able to attend the program and not be charged the remaining tuition balance, however your deposit will not be returned.
On June 1st and thereafter, tuition/after care fees are non-refundable and non-transferrable for any reason or circumstance, including if you are no longer able to attend the program or if student becomes ill during the program and cannot continue.
